San Gally Mansion built in the style of a Florentine palazzo, it is a visible reminder of the beautiful Renaissance, when every thing had its own personality.
Its history is as follows: at the end of the 1860s, the cast iron magnate Franz Karlovich San Gally, a descendant of a famous Italian sculptor, decided to embody his idea of beauty in stone. In just three years, an elegant mansion appeared in the center of St. Petersburg, on Ligovsky Prospekt, whose spectacular facade still holds the gaze of passersby.
Rich industrialist personally delved into all the nuances of construction. If you peer into the building, you will notice that its unique appearance is created by numerous ornaments made of cast iron: intricate cast-iron gratings, elegant lanterns and flagpoles.
In San Gally, it is possible to hold events of various formats: from photo shoots and buffets, to presentations, screenings and chamber concerts, exhibitions, quests, banquets, seminars, conferences, lectures.
The carefully restored historic ceremonial halls of the mansion, built in the style of the Florentine palazzo, are ideal for private meetings and private events.
